THE LAKEHOUSE

The bright, open-concept great room features vaulted ceilings, warm wood details, floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful views toward the lake. Relax by the gas fireplace, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, or gather together after a day on the water.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cottage meals and includes an induction stove, full-size refrigerator, additional bar fridge, Keurig coffee maker, French press, cookware, dishes, oils, spices and other everyday essentials.

BEDROOMS

Birch Bay Lakehouse has 5 bedrooms, including three king bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 – Main-floor primary bedroom with king bed, lake views, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and private deck overlooking the lake.

Bedroom 2 – Upper-level bedroom with queen bed, large windows and convenient access to the loft bathroom.

Bedroom 3 – Upper-level bunk room with multiple sleeping spaces, ideal for children or families.

Bedroom 4 – Lower-level bedroom with king bed and convenient access to the lower-level bathroom.

Bedroom 5 – Lower-level bedroom with king bed and shared access to the lower-level bathroom.

OUTDOOR LIVING & WATERFRONT

Spend summer days on Stewart Lake swimming, paddling, boating or relaxing by the water. Guests have seasonal access to 2 kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, pedal boat and large floating water mat.

The dock can accommodate boats up to approximately 27 ft, making Birch Bay a great home base for guests bringing their own boat.

After a day on the lake, relax in the lakeside hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or enjoy the seasonal screened Muskoka room with its gas fire table.

Waterfront amenities, dock and water toys are seasonal and are generally available from late spring through early fall, weather permitting.

Birch Bay Lakehouse is located on Stewart Lake in Muskoka, close to some of the region's most popular destinations.

Approximate driving times:

• MacTier – 5 minutes for groceries, LCBO and everyday essentials

• Bala – 22 minutes

• Port Carling – 23 minutes

• Parry Sound – 25 minutes

• Rosseau – 27 minutes

• Hardy Lake Provincial Park – 30 minutes

Guests can enjoy nearby golf courses, hiking, boating, provincial parks, restaurants, ATV trails and OFSC snowmobile trails.

PET POLICY

One non-shedding dog may be permitted with prior approval. Please contact us before booking with a pet. No other animals are permitted.

GOOD TO KNOW

There are approximately 15 steps from the upper property area toward the waterfront.

For safety and property monitoring, exterior security cameras are located at the driveway, dock area and front door. There are no indoor cameras.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the lakehouse and property except for designated locked owner/storage areas.
